A company in the Banking area conduct a study to realize which Emotional Intelligence skills were present in its salespeople with better results.

He used the EQ-i to understand which Emotional Intelligence subscales are present in high perfomers.

From here, it was possible to design a predictive model of success that is used in Recruitment and Selection and Development of Leaders.

ROI: Telecom Company (New Zealand)

In order to understand the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership skills, a telecom company conducted a study with its leaders.

The tool used for this study was the EQ-i and it was shown that 48% of the difference between high and low performing leaders can be attributed to Emotional Intelligence (IE) competencies.

Realizing the importance of IE, they began to integrate this competence into their training and coaching actions.
