What is the Pearman Personality Integrator™ (Pearman™)?

It’s a model that allows a person to understand the full range of personality functioning, as well as the flexibility and agility skills and the way it allows to function effectively. It results of the combination of Carl Jung’s work about psychological types with the contribute of Roger Pearman, showing how someone interacts with the outside and inside world, the way he collects information and makes decisions.

Pearman™ goes back to the roots of personality type theory while incorporating new insights into the way individuals operate in the 21st century. It’s a powerful tool that explores de actual functioning, gains understanding about how behaviour patterns are influencing the way a person works and leverages flexibility.

The model brings several innovations:

More Persoanlity: it analyses behaviors that are natural (what’s more comfortable) and those that are more frequently demonstrated. It also brings more insight as it accesses to flexibility, agility and resilience.

 

 

 

Pearman_FlexIndex People for Success - P4S

More Flexibility:  it integrates personality and psychological flexibility, crucial to professional success, leadership, academic success, relationships and conflict resolution. Pearman FlexIndex measures the way how a personal is able to leverage psychological resources in order to operate at his maximum capacity. More specifically, it looks for the skills on the following areas:

Proactivity: having the agility and resilience needed to solve problems in a proactive way
Composure: to remain calm under pressure
Connectivity: to establish functional connections with other people
Variety-seeking: to seek new and beneficial experiences
Rejuvenation: to cope and recover of stressful events
