Paper Planes is a simulation that focuses on teamwork, collaboration, organizational effectiveness, breaking down silos, engagement, and customer service.
The simulation combines real organizational issues with leadership and team challenges through a focus on teamwork, collaboration, change and communication.
HOE DOES IT WORK?
The participants play the roles of employees in an aircraft manufacturing company. The objective is to sell as many planes as they can make, according to the visual and performance quality standards defined by the customer.
