Over the years we have worked in different businesses, following a multidisciplinary course among small and large companies. Of the several challenges that we have faced, we emphasize the growing need to lead people, to manage better each person’s contribution and develop their potential, making this a fundamental challenge.
Having the awareness that the formula for success in these areas is, not only the intelligence level and learn technical skills, but also the development of soft skills, we selected tools to improve and develop the skills and abilities in management and leadership.
Among several methodologies there was one that caught our special attention and it had shown real results on the process of self-knowledgement e development of human potential – MBTI®.
However, personality doesn’t explain everything and, in order to reach new levels of performance, it’s pivotal to know the way we deal with our emotions. Emotional Intelligence is a privileged reference for selfknowledge, selfregulation, understanding and regulation of interpersonal relations. Once more we choose the tool that seems more credible and robust and Bar-On Eq-I 2.0 has allowed us, in a very effective way, to develop people and organizations with extraordinary results.
Aiming towards maximizing this self-awareness, our partnership includes several guidance meetings and workshops to allow knowledge consolidation, as well as ensure the development of the plans and their implementation. As an OPP and MHS certified company, we follow their methods rigorously and the process of knowledge consolidation is natural, in a relaxed environment, which allows the path design for each individual in various working areas.
Depending on the targets and the challenges of each project, we develop several ways to interact with the final client.
