After the degree at FEP, 9 years followed in the telecommunications sector, where the constant start-up and innovation spirits have made me grow. From Marketing to Sales, with multidisciplinary projects with Systems and Customer Service, I have been developing change management, teams’ development and functional or hierarchical leadership.
The last years have been the time to know the tools that allows to increase skills on people development. With P4S I extended the number of organizations and businesses that I collaborated with, reiforcing abilities and skills. I have been having opportunities in areas since Sales to Systems, in MBA’s degrees or in high potential boards and the results have reinforcing the belief that self-knowledge and personal development are the key of life and of organizations.

After the degree in Engineering, with some work in the enterprise market in between, I started my first company. As a student in marketing management, financial management, commercial management, leadership, negotiation, coaching, NLP, EQ-I 2.0 / EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence) and MBTI® and as a manager of several companies I have learned above all else that success rests upon not only technical expertise but above all a leader that understands that success is made with people and it’s people who create value, assertiveness and efficiency. Either as a teacher, or as a company leader, I understands that the path to success rests always in the fundamental unit of every organization – people. P4S, with MBTI® and EQ-i 2.0, helps unravel such path, allowing us to understand how each person, each team, each leader can contribute with their best in pursuit of success.

With training in Clinical and Health Psychology I developed a solid foundation in understanding human behavior, developing interpersonal relationships and promoting psychological well-being. This training not only consolidated my interest in human behavior, but also provided me with tools to support people and groups in dealing with their challenges, as well as in achieving their goals.
