Our International Certifications on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – MBTI® (Psychological Types), the EQ-i 2.0 based on the Bar-On EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence), in Coaching and several other leadership courses confer robustness and credibility to the programs we design for our people.
These methodologies of self-knowledge and perception of others have proven to be very useful to challenging teams and their practices, driving them to achieve higher performance.
From a personal perspective, understanding others and the best form of interaction has also eased the accomplishment of our projects.
Today, in P4S, we share the challenge of growing individual or organizational results with our clients through self-knowledge projects and individual plans, specific team training, individual or team coaching and team development programs.
In companies, we have been developing projects in areas such as Sales, Communication, Leadership, Inovation, Conflicts and Stress Management, always working the individual in a holistic approach and taking full advantage of the complementarity of the tools we use. In Business Schools, we have collaborated in class and as part of development projects and scientific articles.
Being the first EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 certifiers and distributors in Portugal, an Emotional Intelligence tool, reiterates the success and acknowledgment of the conceptual model of corporate development that we stand for.
