The goal of these certification is to provide a broad view of the Emotional Intelligence model and a deep knowledge of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360. The training will equip the participants of the needed knowledges to use the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 assessments: administration, scoring, interpretation and feedback. In summary, everything you’ll need to use the tools in na ethical and efficient way.
Additionally, participants will take the assessment to know their Emotional Intelligence level, receiving the report (Workplace Report) and na analysis and development session with a professional.
The certification will give access to a personal and private plataform to generate reports and it will allow to become part of the MHS community, become a MHS consultant, with access to discussion groups and all available resources.
