From the design of the journey, in which my team and I would spend over 5 sessions, to the sessions themselves, everything was very thought out and conducted brilliantly by the duo Maria and Marina. When I was appointed to new leadership roles in the company, new challenges arose and to overcome them, the need to have new tools and techniques of personal evolution to be more prepared to face this change. I knew MBTI in a training I did in 2008 at IMD and I became a fan! It’s a precious sell-knowledge tool, respect for others, in their differences and promotes an effective communication. MBTI is a wonderful management and communication tool. It’s surprising how the simple understanding of how a person from the other side of the conversation thinks and what drives him, may have impact on it results. Surprisingly ir may also be the impact that one or two good conversations may have.
I knew the MBTI when I attend the full time MBA of Company Institute (IE). MBTI was a very important tool on my integration on the MBA programme and on the group work that I did. MBTI showed me how people are different and that each person has very differente skills and behaviors. I learnt how to manage the expectations and to understand better those who nteract with me.
Nowadays, after my MBA, I still often use my knowledge of this tool , in my professional life.
It allowed me to manage with success very different teams with several backgrounds.
I believe that this knowledge is fundamental for any team manager.
My first impression about the personality test was that it was a bit difficult to choose an answer, since life isn’t always black and white. But when developing the answers and the individual interview, it was precisely the obligation of make a decision about the criterias of choice that allowed to form a personality in which I see myself.
On a manager’s life, the moment of the decision is usually the hardest, to find support for that moment is crucial, and that was my perception that the tool is very useful as a support for decision.

I found in P4s an extraordinary tool, which not only helps me to clarify as a person, but also develops my skills in this ICF coach path. Emotional Intelligence has always been an area that has aroused great interest and curiosity and was one of the motivations of my search.
