It’s the end of the year, the typical moment of balance and reflection, of defining new goals and ways to conquer them. 2017 was an incredible year to P4S, in which new challenges were revealed, in which we managed to reach further and more people.
We reveal now P4S year in 10 points.
1. 4 International Certification Programs in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i2.0 / EQ360)
P4S is the first and only company in Portugal to certify in EQ-i2.0 / EQ360, the most used and tested Emotional Intelligence tools worldwide. In 2017 we conducted 4 Certification Programs, allowing other people to use these tools in different contexts.
2. 3 MBTI Workshops (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
We started 2017 with the Personal Development Workshops based on the MBTI. They are open to all people, interested in learning to know themselves and others.
3. More than 400 MBTI reports issued
Whether it was for group feedback sessions, individual sessions or workshops, more than 400 MBTI reports were issued.
4. More than 600 EQ-i2.0 / EQ360 reports issued
The Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i2.0 / EQ360) reports exceeded 6 hundreds, serving as a starting point for individual coaching or group development.
5. Over 800 hours of coaching / face-to-face training
This was also the year in which executive coaching processes increased and also face-to-face group training.
6. More than 200 people in Human Resources processes
Throughout 2017 we developed projects of recruitment and selection and talent identification with several companies.
7. Collaboration with two prestigious Business Schools in Portugal and participation in the International Congress of Emotional Intelligence
P4S was at ISEG with MBA students for the 4th consecutive year, with MBTI session. At Porto Business School, we talked about Emotional Intelligence and its role in Leadership.
We were also at the International Congress of Emotional Intelligence, at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Oporto University, with the presentation of 2 posters.
8. Across-borders: United Nations and MHS International Distributor Summit
We crossed the borders and went to Guinea-Bissau to work with the United Nations team.
We also went to Dublin and attended the MHS International Distributor Summit, gathering MHS partners from around the world.
9. MSCEIT Certification
In order to always deliver more and better to those who are looking for us, we certified in MSCEIT, with Dr. David Caruso.
10. Representation in Portugal of the “2017 Top Assessments and Evaluations Companies” – CPP / OPP and MHS
P4s is proud to represent in Portugal CPP / OPP and MHS, two of the companies considered the “2017 Top Assessments and Evaluations Companies” “2017 Top Assessments and Evaluations Companies”.
Those are 10 points and many numbers. But behind each of them are the People who were with us this year and who make us want to go even further in 2018.
And speaking of 2018, what are the plans of P4S?
We want to continue to reach more and more people and, therefore, we extend our training offer and we will start the year with the Emotional Intelligence Workshop.
