With training in Clinical and Health Psychology I developed a solid foundation in understanding human behavior, developing interpersonal relationships and promoting psychological well-being. This training not only consolidated my interest in human behavior, but also provided me with tools to support people and groups in dealing with their challenges, as well as in achieving their goals.
I started my professional career in the organizational field, where I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge about human behavior in an organizational context. In this context, I began to adopt a holistic view, exploring strategies that not only enhance individual performance and satisfaction, but also the Organizational “Whole”. In this way, I contributed to the development of a more productive and dynamic organizational climate.
Currently, at People for Success – P4S I further integrate the knowledge of clinical psychology in the organizational context, in an approach oriented to support companies seeking innovation and success. At P4S I use two crucial tools, such as MBTI (Psychological Types) and EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence), in order to promote self-knowledge, collaboration and strategic alignment of teams. I increasingly reinforce the idea that innovation and the success of organizations begins with people, and it is in them that the true potential to transform challenges into opportunities resides, thus resulting in the achievement of good results.
