The EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 are psychometric tools for measuring and developing Emotional Intelligence, the most scientifically validated and tested worldwide. They are a very useful foundation for use in selection and recruitment processes, coaching and personal and team development in companies, governments, and organizations worldwide.
By certifying in the EQ-i 2.0/ EQ360 you obtain credits for the ICF CCE and the APA.
As a certified user of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, you will gain a broad understanding of the Emotional Intelligence model and be able to use these tools across different areas of application.
The training will equip participants with the knowledge required to apply the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 questionnaires ethically and efficiently: administration, scoring, interpretation and feedback. In addition, participants will complete an assessment of their own Emotional Intelligence level, receiving the corresponding Workplace Report and an analysis and development session with a professional.
Certification grants access to a private, personalised platform for issuing reports, and participants will be able to join the MHS community, its discussion groups, and all the resources made available.
