Success relies not only on technical expertise but, above all, on a leader who understands that success is achieved through people.
Having completed my engineering degree, interspersed with some experience in the corporate world, I founded my first company. At the age of 25, I immediately realised that a company's sustainability and future lay in innovation and differentiation, both underpinned by continuous learning. Learning from mistakes, as well as learning through formal training, has been and remains my ultimate school to this day.
As a learner in marketing management, financial management, commercial management, leadership, negotiation, coaching, NLP, MBTI®, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0, EQ360), and as a manager of several companies, I learned above all that success relies not only on technical expertise but, most importantly, on a leader who understands that success is achieved through people. It is with them that value, assertiveness, and efficiency are created. Whether as a trainer or a business leader, I believe that the path to success is always built upon the fundamental unit of any organisation – people.
P4S, alongside the MBTI® and EQ-i 2.0, paves this way, enabling an understanding of how each individual, each team, and each leader can contribute their very best towards achieving tangible success. Specifically, the EQ-i 2.0 has made it possible to develop better teams and prepare personal development plans. Understanding who we are, how we view the world, and how the world views us is an essential form of self-awareness and a guarantee of effectiveness.
As an experienced consultant, coach, and mentor, I work with leaders from some of the largest multinational companies in Portugal, reinforcing the importance of soft skills as a key factor for success, alongside the understanding of oneself and others. Through psychometric psychology, I operate across various organisational arenas, with the MBTI®, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0/EQ360), the Pearman Personality Integrator™, and other tools serving as my primary instruments.
Whether as a trainer or a business leader, I believe that the path to success is always built upon the fundamental unit of any organisation – people.
