Personal development and self-awareness are essential in life and in organisations.
From an early age, group dynamics and human behaviour captured my attention — in associations, projects, and teams. It was this curiosity that, over more than two decades of my professional journey, has never ceased to guide my perspective.
A graduate of FEP, I spent nine years in the Telecommunications sector, in a start-up environment characterised by innovation and accelerated growth. From Marketing to Sales, I led multidisciplinary projects that intersected Systems, Customer Service and Change Management — developing, alongside the business, a people-centric leadership. Later, in specialised retail, facing internationalisation and e-commerce challenges, I always maintained an end-to-end perspective and a genuine interest in the human factor.
This conviction led me to invest in developing skills in Emotional Intelligence, Team Development and Leadership, collaborating with international experts and integrating scientifically validated psychometric tools. At P4S, this journey took shape and scale: today I intervene in organisations of different sectors and sizes — from MBA programmes to high-potential executives, from commercial teams to contexts of organisational transformation.
My approach combines scientific rigour with a strong empathetic capacity and a deep understanding of the reality of organisations. Communicative, energetic, and with emotional intelligence recognised by those who work with me, I bring an integrated vision to each project: that of someone who knows the business from the inside and genuinely believes in people's potential.
I believe that self-awareness is the foundation of any real development — and that, when combined with context, intention, and consistency, it generates sustainable change in people and organisations.
