What is META TEAM?

Meta Team is a data-driven team performance system that accurately identifies what is holding a team back — and shows the fastest path to generating impact.

Developed by Rob Shaw, in collaboration with Harvard and McKinsey & Co., Meta Team has been tested and refined over more than 15 years, with over 1,200 teams globally.

While many development approaches rely on perceptions, opinions, or generic training, Meta Team combines objective diagnosis, structured sequences, and practical action to accelerate team performance.
