After the degree in Engineering, with some work in the enterprise market in between, I started my first company. At the age of 25 I immediately realized that it was in innovation, differentiation based on knowledge, that a company’s sustainability and future resided. Learning from mistakes, but also learning from academia, were, and are my knowledge intakes.
As a student in marketing management, financial management, commercial management, leadership, negotiation, coaching, NLP, MBTI® and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0, EQ360) and as a manager of several companies I have learned above all else that success rests upon not only technical expertise but above all a leader that understands that success is made with people and it’s people who create value, assertiveness and efficiency. Either as a teacher, or as a company leader, I understands that the path to success rests always in the fundamental unit of every organization – people.

As an experienced consultant / coach / mentor, I work with some leaders of the largest multinational companies in Portugal, reinforcing the importance of Soft Skills as a success factor and understanding themselves and others. Through psychometric Psychology, I act in different organizational stages, having MBTI®, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0/EQ360), Pearman Personality Integrator™ and others as the main tools.
